Program Committee: The chief responsibilities of the Program Committee are to ensure our programming aligns with the vision, mission, and core values of BGOLDN, as defined by the Board of Directors. The Program Committee is responsible for ensuring the programs have a viable and sustainable strategy and are achieving their intended impact and outcomes.

Program Committee members include Wendy Johnson, Kevin Andrezejewski, Jennifer Ebetino, Joy Bauman, Melinda Cox, Paula Reed.

Governance Committee: The chief responsibilities of the Governance Committee are to advise the BGOLDN Board of Directors on matters regarding the performance of the board as a whole and of individual board members.

Governance Committee members include Sarah Adler, RaQwin Young, Mike Bester, and Alison Stafford.

Finance Committee: The chief responsibilities of the Finance Committee are oversight of the financial oversight for the organization. The committee prepares the annual budget, manages the organization's accounts and investments as well as monthly monitoring of the financial position on a monthly basis.

Finance Committee members include Kevin Andrezejewski, Derria Banter.

Development Committee: The chief responsibilities of the Development Committee are to strategize and manage the execution of activities relating to fundraising and donor relationships to ensure financial goals are met, better allowing BGOLDN to achieve its mission.

Development Committee members include Kevin Andrezejewski, Sarah Adler, John Givens, Charlene Baybeck, Jen Toohill, and Erin Rist.
